What is Family Transitions Triple P?

Learn a variety of tools to navigate parenting after separation or divorce. This program was created for parents who are transitioning into a single-parent family, and are experiencing the distress this can cause. Working one-to-one with your Triple P Provider, you will discuss strategies to help you and your child cope with unresolved conflict.

How long will it take?

There are 5 meetings all together. Each will take about 2 hours.
